Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your No Naked Clubs headcover.

Ready-to-ship items: We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with any original packaging.

To request a return, please contact us at sonnet@nonakedclubs.com before sending your item back. Returns sent without first contacting us may not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Custom and personalized items: Because these pieces are made specifically for you, custom and personalized orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless the item arrives damaged, defective or we made an error with your order.

Damaged or incorrect items: Please contact us as soon as possible after delivery if your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect so we can make it right.

Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
